It is quoted up front in a Pro-Forma Invoice and settled afterwards on one comprehensive invoice — whether it supports a ferry, a demonstration flight, or an aircraft we look after full time.
Flight Planning & Dispatch
Rigorous route analysis, operational flight plans, weather and NOTAM briefing, and a dispatcher assigned to the trip from planning through to arrival.
Overflight & Landing Permits
Diplomatic, overflight and landing permits arranged for every state on the route, with lead times tracked so the schedule is not held up by paperwork.
Fuel Uplift & Fuel Management
Fuel arranged at each stop through our supplier network. We pass on the most competitively priced fuel at all times and reconcile every uplift.
Ground Handling
Handling agents appointed and briefed at departure, en-route and destination stations — ramp, passenger and crew requirements coordinated in advance.
Slots, Navigation & Airport Charges
Airport slots requested where required, and navigation, landing and parking charges arranged and settled so crews are never delayed at the desk.
Crew Provision
