CONTRACT PERSONNEL

Each contract is constructed to ensure that both the airline and the pilot have a full understating of terms and conditions being provided and the requirements and expectations required of them. The airline has full operational control in relation to rostering the pilot and ensures that the high standards required are maintained at all times.

We utilise our comprehensive screening and selection process to source suitable pilots to meet your direct hire needs. Using our services you can be assured that only candidates meeting your criteria and that are suitable for the positions available will be submitted to the airline for final approval. Our services will reduce your advertising and screening costs in any recruitment programme you may need to undertake.

5 STEPS TO THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

From the initial enquiry we work with you to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of your requirement
and develop our recruitment programme to meet these needs.

STEP 01

AGREEMENT ON TERMS, CONDITIONS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR CREW

We provide only qualified current and
experienced flight crew. We can provide crews with EASA, FAA and ICAO licences all with recent LPC and commercial flight experience. Our selection of crew is based on ensuring the safe, efficient and cost effective completion of the aircraft movement.

STEP 02

SOURCING & SCREENING OF CANDIDATES

Pilot applications will be required to submit comprehensive details in relation to their flying experience, qualifications, employment history, background checks and references so that will then be verified. Each applicant meeting the qualifications is then contatcted on a number of occasions to discuss their career history, current status assess their suitability to work with your airline.

STEP 03

SUBMISSION, ASSESSMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF CANDIDATES

A detailed submission pack shall be presented to you in a uniform and structured manner so that each applicant’s qualifications and suitability can be reviewed and compared. We would expect that the majority of submitted candidates shall be acceptable to you however final numbers to be called to any airline screening is at your discretion.

STEP 04

CONTRACTING OF CANDIDATES

After final selection by your airline, Spectrum Aviation will contract with each pilot for the provision of their services. All contracts will be within the agreed terms and conditions agreed between our two companies at the commencement of this project.

STEP 05

CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
& STRUCTURE

For the full duration that the candidate is on contract operational control shall rest with your airline. All candidates must meet and maintain acceptable levels of skill, competence and productivity as required by your airline. Failure for the candidate to maintain such standards may require the contract to be terminated at the request of your airline.
